If you’re feeling lost,

I’m so glad you found me.

Lost direction. Lost your voice. Lost your drive.

At some stage, many of us find ourselves feeling lost, stuck and searching for new answers.

An unexpected life event - divorce, job loss, pandemic - can knock you off track.

Or maybe you’ve simply drifted into a life you no longer identify with.

Perhaps things haven’t gone as you planned. And now your confidence has taken a hit.

In any case, somehow your tyres no longer grip the road you’re on.

And something needs to change.

“Siobhan has helped me get back in the driver's seat of my life, and for that, I am very grateful.”

— Cassie, Greece

Change is inevitable. Change is good. Change is possibility.

It can also be scary, complicated and unwanted.

As someone who has lived in eight countries, I’m no stranger to change.

I created the Stop the Clock: Know-Own-Claim and Potent Presence coaching programmes to provide the tools to manoeuvre change positively, or initiate it excitedly, and put you back in control.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom or wait for a dark night of the soul.

It really is not any more glorious to rise from the ashes. So, avoid the unnecessary suffering (and the dust).

We can start right now, exactly where you are: create a new narrative about yourself, declare it and live it.

And be supported all the way, in a safe, judgment-free space.

“I have become more self aware, I have learned to understand myself better and also to deal better with different situations. I have learned how to evaluate things in my life by asking what is really important for me. In general I have become happier as I got to understand myself better.”

— Halina, Ireland

I’m Siobhán, your self-leadership and communication coach, and I’m here to help you step out of the life you’ve drifted into, and step into the future you really want.

8 countries of residence, 6+ years of teaching and coaching in communication, and 4 languages have provided many lessons.

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that essentially we’re all the same.

We all have irrational thoughts, doubts, limiting beliefs, shame, embarrassment, fear and challenges holding us back. Many won’t admit they’re stuck, ask for help or make positive change because they think it means something’s wrong with them, and don’t want to share that with anyone else.

There’s nothing wrong - we’re just human - with lots of potential that we don’t always explore or maximise.  And that’s where I come in.
