What to Expect from the 5 Cs Programme

5 Cs aims to make professional transitions strategic, efficient and empowering.

An ideal programme for recent graduates or those seeking to change job and upgrade at the same time. The 5 Cs focus positively on your skills, objectives and potential. They bring you through three steps of preparation in order to confidently enter the job market/change career.

Step 1 - Clarity

In Step 1 we get clear on your goals and what you really want to walk away with. Often we choose careers for the wrong reasons: salary; others’ values and expectations; continuing a previously established, but ultimately undesired, path. Clarity coaching brings you through a process of identifying your values and what you really want in career and life, so that you accept a position you want to stay in. This stage is fundamental for creating a mindset that will support your throughout your career.

Step 2 - Competencies

The practical step: having identified authentic career goals, we can now look at what is needed to achieve them. You will receive support exploring your experience, strengths and skills to present them successfully throughout the hiring process, and in line with the positions sought. Whether you want an EU institution career, or a corporate role in one of the Big 4, or a flexible position in an independent agency, we will make a plan of action, including resources, to ensure effective preparation that can be used for future applications too.

Step 3 - Confidence & Communication

The step that ties it all together: coaching to remove any remaining limiting beliefs around potential, intensive CV and interview skills preparation and practice for cohesive, confident performance; stress management and mindset work to keep up the momentum after our work is done.

Who is the 5 Cs Career Coaching programme for?

5 Cs career coaching, and interview preparation clients have been hired or promoted in the European centre of Brussels; in EU organisations, such as EUIPO; Big 4 firms, such as Deloitte; international mangement consultancy firms, and small & medium enterprises.

The programme is designed for anyone wishing to transition in their career; a graduate who is entering the job market for the first time, an intern who is ready to implement their training in long-term employment, a middle or senior manager who desires a promotion or a complete career change. (For leadership or executive coaching specifically, contact me to discuss a bespoke package.)

Everyone will have a different area of focus, and some blind spots, that’s why the programme is a combo of coaching and training. It sets you up not just for job search and interview success. It also provides mindset, insight and skills to support you in your next phase of career for better work-life balance, improved self-confidence, and management of workplace behaviours.
